Congratulations to Tom, Mark, and Mike for receiving this award.  The Eagle Eye award is given to those who see things out of the ordinary.  Tom, Mark, and Mike all received this award this year for the great work they did at our arson fires in April of 2007.  Once again, congratulations guys.
